• Need to ensure safe designing and manufacturing:

Because cranes is mainly used for the assembly of high-value machine equipments, the crane’s safety must be placed first. When designing and manufacturing overhead cranes, must care about safety matter.

• Speed of mechanism:

Lifting and moving speed of hoists and overhead crane is very low compared to other common cranes. Sometimes the lifting speed is only 0.001m/min to 0.1 m/min due to the need for assembly and accurate positioning when operating.

• Structure of lifting hooks:

The structure of lifting hooks can be replaced by other configuration matching with the existening equipment hanging point.

At that time, the supplier will remove the crane hook and use only the pulley mechanism with the existing hanging point and lifting beam.

• Add auxiliary lifting hook

The lifting capacity of overhead crane is relatively large and the using frequency is not much.
After the assembly process is finished, the crane mainly used for the maintenance of equipments, so sometimes it is not necessary to use a large lifting hook. Therefore, it is often equipped with a supplemental hook with smaller lifting capacity than the main lifting hook to save power, improve working efficiency.
